I Want to Cancel My Content Clubs Membership

Here's how to cancel your own subscription from within PayPal...

Option 1 - if you have a "personal" PayPal account

  1. Go to   Settings.
  2. Click Payments.
  3. Under 'Manage your payments', click Manage Payments.
  4. Use the filter to select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Option 2 - if you have a "business" PayPal account 

  1. Go to   Profile and Settings.
  2. Select My money on the left side of the page.
  3. In the 'My pre-approved payments' section, click Update.
  4. Select the seller whose agreement you want to cancel and click Cancel.
  5. Click Cancel Profile to confirm your request.

Option 3 - if you have any trouble
If you are finding it hard to cancel then Ruth can do it for you, however she is currently on maternity leave so this may take a few days. Please contact us , letting us know your current login username or PayPal email, plus which subscription you'd like us to cancel and it will be taken care of within a few business days.

Note - there is an automated email that goes out to all members when they cancel, so feel free to ignore that :) You also still have access to all your past downloads from when you were an active member, just login here to access them: http://www.contentclubs.com/members/login

And if you do decide to come back, you have a 30 day grace period to re-subscribe at your old rate (if the price has gone up since you joined).
